2. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates provided by Jobro Metal Roofing are based on the information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, or if you request changes to the scope of work. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3. Project Agreements
A signed written contract governs each roofing project. These Terms supplement but do not replace any specific terms stated in a project contract. In the event of a conflict, the signed project contract prevails.
4. Warranties
Jobro Metal Roofing stands behind its workmanship. Specific warranty terms—including duration and coverage—will be detailed in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
5. Permits and Compliance
Jobro Metal Roofing is a licensed and insured contractor operating in compliance with Ohio building codes and local regulations. Where required, we will obtain necessary permits on your behalf as part of the project agreement.
